The information and recommendations provided through our platform are for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or credit repair advice. ScoreZero is not a credit repair organization as defined under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), and we do not provide credit repair services.

We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, including improvements to your credit score, approval for credit products, or the resolution of any financial issues. You should consult with a qualified financial professional before making any financial decisions.

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ScoreZero and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. In no event shall our total liability exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
